Area of Tarragona

The area of Tarragona is in the south-east of Catalonia. It's famous by its Roman monuments and buldings. It has a lot of exotics beaches.

• Aqüeducte de les Ferreres
• The Aqueduct Ferreres is a Roman bridge built between the two sides of ravines Arcs. It transported water to the city of Tarraco . It's one of the most monumental aqueducts and the most important of Catalonia .

• Reial Monestir de Santa Maria de Poblet
•  The Poblet Monastery is a monastery founded in 1150. It is at the foot of the Mountains of Prades , in the region of Conca de Barbera.

• Suda de Tortosa
• The Suda castle is one of the main historical monuments of the city of Tortosa. The castle was built when there were the first habitants of Tortosa. It is of Arab origin .

• PortAventura

• PortAventura is an amusement park and a water park . It has four themed hotels . Located between Salou and Vila -Seca. The park was opened on May 1, 1995. A important attraction is the Shambala is the highest mountain coaster , the fastest and longest hipercoaster.

• La costa Daurada

•  It is located along the coast of Tarragona surrounded by peaceful villages and fields. These beaches are relaxing and enjoyable. They provide much tourism in this area.
